Refund Method

Refunds are processed through Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

License Deactivation

Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and Pro features will revert to the free tier. Your locally stored memories and data will not be deleted — only the Pro feature limits will be re-applied.
