By installing, accessing, or using the Rethread browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
Rethread is a Chrome browser extension that captures context and preferences from your AI chat conversations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek) and stores them locally in your browser as structured memories. The Extension offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan with additional features.
The Extension is available in two tiers:
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Existing lifetime license holders will not be affected by price changes.
All payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Pro plan, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service.
Creem accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region. Prices may be displayed in your local currency; final charges are determined by Creem at checkout.
After purchase, you will receive a license key via email. This key activates Pro features within the Extension. Each license key may be activated on one browser instance at a time. You may transfer the key to a different device by deactivating it first.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be in violation of these terms.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan purchases (both monthly and lifetime). If you are not satisfied with the Extension, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at ifly8888@gmail.com.

Rethread stores all memory data locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store your conversation data or memories on any external server. Payment and billing data is handled exclusively by Creem.

The Rethread Extension, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Rethread team. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, but these are third-party services outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rethread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to Pro features if you violate these Terms (e.g., license key abuse). Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device unless you manually delete it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and communicated via the Extension's update notes. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
